What does "properties you can assign codes to" mean?
In the Cell a House dashboard, you can enter as many properties as you want. You then assign your codes to the properties that you want to be active on the service. You can easily switch the Cell a House service from one property to another. The number of codes you are assigned depends on which plan you have signed up for.
What does "leads per month" mean?
Each time a prospective buyer requests information through their mobile phone, it is counted as a lead.
Do I have to pay every time someone requests information?
No, we do not charge you for individual text messages. We believe the service will be more valuable if you know exactly how much it will cost you each month. There are no "per-message" or "per-lead" charges.
Do you have a referral or affiliate program?
Yes we do! If you are a customer of Cell a House, for each account you refer to us, we will give you a free month of whatever plan you are on at that time. Simply tell the party you referred to put your email address into the referred by box on the signup form.
Am I locked into a contract? Can I cancel?
The Cell A House service is provided on a month to month basis. You can cancel at any time. Be sure to cancel before your billing date. We can't give partial month refunds.
Can I start with the basic plan and then upgrade if I need more?
Yes, our dashboard makes it very simple to upgrade or downgrade your monthly plan. It only takes a few minutes and can be done at anytime.
